• Messages you type into the tutor chat, which are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used only to apply a fair daily usage limit and prevent abuse.
• Information you submit voluntarily through our contact form (name, email address, message).

How we use it

• To generate real-time tutoring responses tailored to your level and chosen language.
• To protect the service from excessive or abusive use.
• To respond to messages sent through our contact form.

Third-party processing

Chat messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate tutor replies. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your chat content for advertising.

Data retention

Conversation history is kept only in your browser session and is not permanently stored on our servers. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.
